Jennifer McLaughlin, patient access pep for Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab, joined Outer Banks Health in February 2022. From her first day, McLaughlin has filled the missing piece of the team. She easily creates a welcoming atmosphere with her upbeat, positive attitude.

She ensures that patients feel welcome, heard, and understood, and that they leave feeling successful about their visit. McLaughlin is always looking for ways to improve her knowledge and brings many new ideas and suggestions to the team. She goes above and beyond to assist team members in CPR as well as other departments.

“She is very reliable and helps the team come together. She’s like the quarterback of our team; she keeps us motivated and organized” commented one of McLaughlin’s team members. Another added, “She is an excellent team player and very compassionate in her job.”
