Colleen, Medical Lab Scientist IV, joined the Outer Banks Health team in February of 2015 and has been the picture of compassion, accountability, kindness, teamwork, and safety ever since.  She consistently goes above and beyond for patients and other team members. She is described as reliable, professional, kind, and supportive. Among other departments, she has developed a wonderful reputation for her positive attitude and creative teamwork. The pride she takes in her work and her team ensures that everyone is successful together.
