Vanessa Tadlock named Outer Banks Hospital Employee of the Month for July, 2019

Vanessa Tadlock, Program Assistant for the Outer Banks Medical Group, is The Outer Banks Hospital’s July, 2019 Employee of the Month. She joined the Outer Banks Hospital Urgent Care Center in October, 2015 as a Service Line Coordinator, and moved to her current roll in February, 2018.

Tadlock is the epitome of a team player. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in whenever needed. She has built strong relationships and collaborates across departments to ensure a seamless experience for staff and patients. She shows consistent attention to detail and the highest integrity.

Tadlock wears many hats and is often behind the scenes performing numerous tasks from credentialing providers, making sure the daily stats spreadsheet is updated, answering billing questions, to running reports. This year, she took on the new hospitalist program and continues to grow and shine in every role she is presented with.

Reacting to the news that she was chosen as the Employee of the Month, Tadlock stated, “I am truly blessed to be part of a group that shows such devotion and compassion towards each other.” She continued, “It was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the honorable recognition of Employee of the Month.”
